Chicago thin crust

Wasn't familiar with this style. The crust is crispy with no flop. I like it. Very little sauce, which I don't like. I don't want too much sauce, but I think the sauce helps bring all the flavors together. I'm guessing that more sauce will compromise the crispy crust, but I'd like to try it, anyway.

Chicago deep dish is my favorite style. I'd be interested in trying this. Where did you get it?

Place in Dallas does Waukegan style, at least that's what the owner who is from Waukegan calls it. It is thin, crunchy crust but with normal sauce amount.

Columbus style pizza is very similar to St. Louis style/Chicago Style/Midwestern/Tavern Style
It's really good when done right, the thinner the better.

Pizano's thin crust is the greatest pizza on the face of the earth.

Nope. The crust is more like a cracker and they use a smoky cheese blend
It’s a really good and different pizza style. We make it at home a lot but instead of buying the smoked American I add liquid smoke to mozzarella.

St. Louis style doesn't use yeast.
Columbus style has some of both.
I really like the unyeasted micro thin cracker crust from a place like Rubino's. So, so good.

Adriatico's is very good. Tommy's italian subs are way better than their pizza.
Rubino's is the best pizza in the city.

Where is this? The F&D Board might be the worst for assuming everyone lives in Louisiana.
