Was this the same guy that owned The Caterie and Brightside Bar and Grill?
I miss the F out of Chelsea's. K-Street is mediocre at best, incredibly overpriced and generic af.

Mid City Beer Garden that I just posted is the Chelsea’s folks.

Edit - My understanding is that it is a group of people so you might be referring to someone else? But yeah that’s why the grilled cheese is on the menu. Same people.

My buddy Dave owned Chelsea's outright and he's part owner of Radio Bar and Mid City Beer Garden with another friend.

A friend went to the Mid City Brewery soft opening yesterday. He ate the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato basil soup. He said is the Chelsea's sandwich and soup recipe.
