We added a salad 2 weeks ago. The best BBQ green side in the city is at Blue Oak. I was trying to come up with something as good as those sprouts. We do them at the house yum. I had braised greens somedays.

Agreed; saw that you did an homage to them once; would have loved to see that more often; with some occasional turnip greens or something.

Get an offset, That changed my bbq game $400 Academy I can make those things sing. 1000 gal propane tanks something WAY different!
