has anyone been here? the food is freaking amazing. redfish and steak entrees are insanely good and they have a good drink menu. pretty simple menu but everything is well done.
i've been there twice now and it's easily one of my favorites in the BR area.

I really enjoyed our meal there. Have been meaning to get back. Definitely better than my recent trip to Eliza.

Went here after several people listing it as a top restaurant. We all got entrees and shared them. Got the shrimp n grits, steak frites, and the rabbit ragu pasta. it was all mediocre at best. was all way under seasoned. won't be back

I’ve been there a couple of times for lunch. I thought it’s good but not great.

Went with a large group last year. Was underwhelmed but given the situation we may have swamped them a bit. May need to give it another shot.

Went for lunch today with Mrs. Fury, really enjoyed it. Got the gnocchi and pork shank appetizers, and got the blackened redfish for an entree. Based on our experience, would recommend.

Without a doubt the most underrated place in BR.

Picked up an order from here today for lunch. Tried the French dip poboy and sweet & spicy alligator. The French dip poboy was okay, wouldn't order it again because the jus had way too much ranch seasoning.
The sweet & spicy alligator is amazing. Next time I might ask if they could put it on a poboy.

Y'all were right about this place. Awesome all around.
Met a friend there last night. As I was walking in, they were telling some men at the door it would be at least 1.5 hours before they can get a table. The space is small, but the ambiance is really great. Dim with tons of candles/string lights.
Service was spot on. They made my drink perfectly the way I like it.
Skillet cornbread with maple bourbon glaze and cinnamon butter - fantastic.
Hen and andouille gumbo - one of the best restaurant gumbos I've had and tons of meat in it.
Soup of the day was French onion, which my friend got and said it was the best she's had. It was super dark and they got the onions actually truly caramelized.
She got the cajun grouper which came on maque choux and was topped with crawfish tails sautéed with Crystal.
I got the grilled redfish which was served on corn grits with braised collard greens and covered with easily 1.5-2 cups of crawfish étouffée. Everything was executed perfectly and I have enough left for another meal.
Don't sleep on this place.
EDIT - I think this place is run by different people than it used to be, so if you went once and it was meh, I'd encourage trying again.

Still run by the same ppl since it opened outside of losing one of the owners.
This board will shite on any restaurant. Fwiw I think it’s been great recently.

Ah okay, thanks. I have a friend that was affiliated in some way, and I know he is doing something else of his own now, but maybe he is still affiliated.

I’ve been pumping this place since it opened. Best seasoned food in city.

Just checked out the menu. Jerk fried chicken has me intrigued.

I’m looking forward to trying it out when my wife and I are back in town for the Bama game. Looks like a nice location, tucked away on 3rd St with a nicely done menu.

Great menu. Just priced high enough to only go there for a special occasion or date night. I likely will never go there
