Cane’s sauce to me. I’ve had a recipe for it I found online saved for a hot minute but never got around to trying it. Here it is if anyone is up to it.
Raising Canes Sauce
1/2 cup Kraft Mayo
1/4 cup Hienz ketchup
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Mix
Cover and fridge for 2hrs

I swear Cane’s sauce has to be one of the most overrated food items on the planet. When Cane’s first opened in Lafayette in the early 2000s, everyone was losing their damn minds because of the sauce.

Popingos Geaux Sauce. It's spicier canes and them old ladies will tell you that.

Zax sauce definitely leans a bit harder on the ketchup than Cane's sauce... the color is noticeably more reddish/orange.
