A spicy chicken option, or just a tender with some sort of seasoning other than just plain salt.

Todd won’t change shite. He’s all about the way things are and it’s gospel.
They only added breakfast to the San Antonio airport because they had to to in order to remain open.

I’ve noticed lately the bread isn’t as good as it had been. I think toasting it a little bit longer would help out

I just don't get the Cane's fascination. If all you're going to serve is chicken tenders, then they'd best be the GD best tenders I've ever had. Instead it's just mediocrity. I understand this will be recieved as blasphemous on a Louisiana board, but I stand by my statement.

The same can be said about Zaxbys. Canes blows Zaxbys out the water

This might blow some of y’all’s minds but I remember going to seeing Cross Canadian Ragweed play at the Varsity and then walking over, going to Cane’s after and literally giving them a $5 bill and getting a box combo with extra sauce. I got 5 fingers in that box and $5 is all it was and that included tax.
As far as to what they should add to their menu, mac-and-cheese would be my vote. They won’t do that. I’d settle for mashed potatoes and gravy.

Bbq sauce, I'm a rare breed. I enjoy canes but despise canes sauce.
This.
The sauce is overrated crap.

Probably just a college girl box.

Who even calls it “raising canes” in conversation?
Imagine how much people would hate someone who said “raising canes” multiple times while telling a story instead of simply Canes
They need to add breakfast and remove Raising.

I always wonder how fat the folks who say this are. I had a box combo a couple of weeks ago and it's still an obscene amount of food.

OT rage inducing take: Canes chicken is objectively delicious, regardless of size and price movements. Quality meat, fresh taste, almost always juicy and nicely brined. Chick-fil-A is salted and fried to appeal to children. Canes is refined and classy.
You’ve clearly either gotten ahold of a Time Machine and are currently posting from 1996, or else you get to enjoy Canes in some other state/newly opened location. Because what you’re describing doesn’t compute with any current Canes I’ve been to in BR over the last 5-7 years.

And for the LGBTQ, the A&M box:
A Chicken finger box with extra large chicken fingers tossed in barbecue sauce served with a white mayonnaise/horseradish dipping sauce served on your choice of a lettuce leaf or curly fries. Served in a commemorative rainbow Canes box.

Only thing I can think of that currently fits into their model is to add hush puppies.
They can be pre-made, frozen, and fried in conjunction with the chicken without compromising the oil.
