Can anyone recommend a fried chicken place in Houston?

Not for me, of course... this person is on a mission to find the best fried chicken place in Houston.

I like La Lucha and Dak & Bop. Have also heard rave reviews about Barbeque Inn on the Northside.

Gus's for straight up fried chicken. The wings at betelgeuse betelgeuse are awesome if you haven't tried them.

Nah just wings. So yeah doesn’t really fit the threat but tossed it out seeing that all your restaurants were north side

It's not filled with spices etc like Louisiana style, but Barbecue Inn is an absolute classic. Like stepping back in time.
Except unlike other places, they haven't gone down hill. Still the exact same as they were.

Any of y'all been to esthers lately? They do fried chicken but I've never had it there, I usually get the peppered steak or pork chops.
