I had an 8 oz container of oysters leftover from the artichoke challenge, as well as leftover oyster and artichoke dressing, and crabmeat Parmesan breadcrumb stuffing. I sautéed the oysters with green onions and garlic and combined with the other two and baked in the oven. Not all that photogenic, but damn delicious!

And a blackberry galette, but the crust was a store bought crust.

This Snake River Farms Waygu brisket.

That looks amazing.

SNF waygu brisket is great. I did one a few months ago with the rendered fat method inside of the wrap that's been discussed here recently. Maybe the best brisket I've ever had.

Not sure if it's the best but anytime you make adjustments to your recipes and get better results, it's a good feeling.

This is probably my biggest cooking win recently. Made a lot of adjustments to arrive at the perfect chicken tikka masala recipe, and it came out great. Ordered the spices through a site that sells single origin spices straight from family owned farms in India and the middle east. Could definitely taste the difference.

Smoked these ribs the other week. Some of the best I've done.
