Chelsea's: no parking

None of those places tow except for Bet-R. Just park at Duvics. Their lot is huge and goes way down under the overpass.

I do agree with Parrain's/Frankie's/Zippy's/Magpie. There are places to park under the overpass, but it's a pain if you turn into one of their lots not knowing they're full and you have to leave.. get back on Perkins.. drive down the road with Schlittz... and park under the overpass.

The parking wouldn't be a big deal, but the Riverside signs that change businesses every 5 ft scare me. I'm terrified to be in a Zippy's spot when I'm going to Frankie's and getting towed.

Honestly, as far as most places go, if I can't park, I don't go. Not because of the walk. I don't mind a walk. But because a full lot means a long wait. I've been to Parrains very few times because they are always on a wait.

I don't see any issue with Chelsea 's parking, unless the weather is bad.
I actually think Omi's location to be an asset, I would use the back of that building on I-10 to my advantage. The restaurants that have been there have not been good enough to attract a customer base.

Tony's, since it is just takeout, is sort of a restaurant, it is hard to get to for most of BR.

Juban's is too nice of a restaurant to be in a crappy strip mall.

Pretty sure I read on here that Jubans isn't moving just opening up a 2nd "bistro" location.

I'll add Pelican House and The Cove to the list strictly based on bikability. It boggles my mind that people think building a bar where you can't easily walk or bike to is a good idea. Zoning doesn't help.

I thought he was just opening a second location with a different style menu? Somewhere on Coursey near Sherwood Commons
