Need some quick and dirty ideas for them. Already tried shrimp and grits.

There's shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes...There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger...

They're peeled and deveined, nice sized as well. My sister used some in her gumbo for Christmas. I should have defrosted mine before throwing them in my grits. Such is the bachelor life.

make a creamy sauce with butter, pesto, and basil in a small pot.

sauté' skrimps in butter and garlic.

boil angle hair pasta

put skrimp on top of pasta with a scoop or 2 of the sauce

maybe top with some slices of fresh lemon

white wine to drink

If they are big enough you could wrap them in cream cheese, jalapeño, bacon on the grill or oven.

Thank you Bubba, whilst we’re at it, don’t forget, there’s shrimp kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo, pan fried, deep fried, stir fried…there’s barbecued, boiled, broiled, baked and sautéed !

I love shrimp corn dogs and you've reminded me that I haven't made them in a while. I use Alton Brown's corn dog recipe for the batter. It's very good.

I've done it several times. It's a different meal than sucking the heads and making a mess but you can use the same seasoning and butter. I make a po-boy or serve over pasta.
