I have some of those in the freezer. How are they?

They're peeled and deveined, nice sized as well. My sister used some in her gumbo for Christmas. I should have defrosted mine before throwing them in my grits. Such is the bachelor life.

sauté' skrimps in butter and garlic.
boil angle hair pasta
put skrimp on top of pasta with a scoop or 2 of the sauce
maybe top with some slices of fresh lemon
white wine to drink

If they are big enough you could wrap them in cream cheese, jalapeño, bacon on the grill or oven.

I love shrimp corn dogs and you've reminded me that I haven't made them in a while. I use Alton Brown's corn dog recipe for the batter. It's very good.

I've done it several times. It's a different meal than sucking the heads and making a mess but you can use the same seasoning and butter. I make a po-boy or serve over pasta.
