Im jealous, nice roaster.
I have a fresh roast. I love this little roaster with the ext hopper. Roasted inside once and never again. I wish i could roast a pound at a time. I have been purchasing bean from Burmancoffee. Its a fun hobby for me as i get older. I think I am on my 15th pound, light to dark and also blending beans. You will find what you like eventually.

I just started roasting my own beans with a Fresh Roast SR540. I will never buy another roasted bean in my lifetime. The roaster will pay for itself after buying green beans. It makes the experience full after having this.
