My comment was more to say that quality of wings at Blue Oak has fallen below that of CC.
Which is why may be why its priced less. Crazy, I know.
I bet you wear velcro shoes.

Well, it's population is over 100K and they are opening a Blue Oak BBQ 15 miles down the road from 306 so I'd say it's fairly relevant
Well the town is 25k and its 30+ minutes from the exact locations. Any more bullshite you want to throw out there?
Also they dont have any pricing yet for the huntsville location because it isnt even open yet.

I agree. I have a feeling this will end up being a huge hurt on restaurants. I know my eating out is a lot less than it was 2 or 3 years ago. Sorry, my income has not increased at the same pace as commodity prices.

Oh you're using fricking counties?
So you pick one thats more than twice as big Sq mile wise with 1/4 of the population. Well shite lets lump in Jefferson parish with Orleans while we are at it.

Eating out is still cheaper than going to the grocery store.
Not every restaurant is cheaper but good deals can be found and when compared to a grocery store, it can be cheaper.

This is a trash product with zero quality control.
This is mine. Could definitely sell this product with confidence.

A good comparison is Moe's in Metairie on Causeway. They serve a wing meal with two sides and cornbread for $16.00, compared with $23 at Blue Oak (which does not include upcharge for sprouts). Add $2 for a drink at Moe's.
I think Moe's wings are better. With the upcharge on the sprouts and more expensive drink, it is a about a $10 difference.

The cost of doing business in the restaurant industry has gone up probably on average 30%. Labor and supply costs are causing the price increases. I know a guy that sells hamburgers for $15 for a combo meal. He said he has to sell almost 75 a day just to break even on his costs.

Without the fries and drink it’s $6.70 with tax for a Dave’s single.
Save the sugar and calories and skip the drink and fries.
Is it better to have fries and a drink, absolutely, but when a soft drink is over $2.00 and fries aren’t the healthiest thing to eat anyway.
Same with Five Guys. The burger itself has gone up for sure, but if you don’t get combo meals, you will not only get to enjoy the burger but also save empty calories and money.
