I had it and while it was good, it was nowhere near as good as the Ben n' Jerry's version.

Alright, went out and failed to find it. Anyone seen it in Baton Rouge? I tried the Albertsons on Bluebonnet and Calandros on Perkins.

I ran into the Walmart on Burbank and they didn’t have it. I’m not driving all over town so I’ll just hope it shows up at one of the places nearby soon and I’ll try to remember to check every time I go in for something.
That being said, there is a person on TikTok who makes their own ice cream flavors and they did this one a little while back. It’s legit and probably 10x better than Blue Bell even if the Blue Bell version is great. They mash the oatmeal pies in the heavy cream and let it soak a while then strain it before putting it in the mixer and then add in chunks of oatmeal pies towards the end to mix in.

I’ve got a sweet tooth but didn’t care for this type of ice cream. Tastes more like an iced gingerbread to me. I will say I was the only one in my family that wasn’t a fan.
