Gotta go try this place, brisket is very good, portions are huge. Wife had the ribs, again, very good. Potato salad was weird, but good, beans were excellent

It’s fantastic BBQ, brisket is some of the best that I’ve had in a restaurant. Their fries and beans are really solid sides, too.

Their sauces could use a bit of work (I use it for their fries), but that is the only complaint I have.

Amazing bbq. Tried everything from the pimento cheese sandwich to the turkey salad. It’s all great

Agreed. My wife and I had tried it a couple years ago when it was just the food truck and loved it, finally got to that end of town a couple weeks ago and tried the restaurant. The brisket plate I got was amazing, wife got the brisket poutine and that was phenomenal. Both of us didn't care for any of the sauces either.
Got much more food than we were expecting too, either one of our meals would've been enough for the both of us to share.

Awesome BBQ. The pulled pork is amazing, and made even better with a little dab of the creole mustard sauce.
Agreed......smoked beans are awesome...and almost a meal by themselves. The cole slaw is different, but good.
Closed on Sunday and Monday, but worth the wait for Tuesday.

I enjoy it. The brisket is good and I also like the Mac n cheese. The nachos are are also really good. They used to serve tacos out of the food truck and I wish they still did. Overall a really good place owned by some really good people.

The Festival Fries from their food truck used to be the best food item at Festival International. I haven't tried their restaurant yet, but it looks like I'll be paying them a visit for some brisket very soon.

Matt.

Their food is amazing. Wish they'd bring back tacos as well.

Went yesterday for first time and was thoroughly impressed for BBQ in Laffy. Agree on the sauce but everything else was excellent and Lafayette has been a very tough town on BBQ rest's.

I went and didn't really like it. Got a pulled pork sandwich. The sauces suck and the potato salad is weird like you said.
May need to try something else if I go back.

Potato salad is weird, it's one of those things that has so many variations, and I rarely like other's take on it. Something I definitely stay away from at restaurants

I haven't had the pulled pork, but the brisket, ribs, and sausage are all on point. I've also had their tri tip tacos and those were great (it was a special).

On Pinhook across from Chris' po-boys. The same strip mall as the golf connection by the donut shop.
