What kind of bread is that?

Unfortunately, for you, no matter what you do or say people will dislike you. I mean you’re getting dumped on for using too much ketchup and saying you’re going to buy something on amazon. I’m not 100% sure why but I get it to an extent. That’s not to say I agree with it.

Looks great! One day I’ll pick up a black stone, I’m just running out of spots to keep the outdoor cooking gear lol.

To each their own. I have a friend who is actually a pretty decent cook and on that plate pictured above, he would literally have 3x more ketchup than that. Not even joking. The fries and patty melt would be really close together and the remaining plate real estate would ketchup.
Patty melts look great 'Tique.

It don’t bother me one bit. It’s a bunch of internet idiots. They bitch about everything. They are also grammar nazis, or take everything written literally.
I find it comical.

You don't need to justify anything to these assclowns. Those look great.

And I'm sure you're one to post about it here as opposed to telling someone to their face. Imagine "looking down on someone" due to the use of a condiment.
"Oh, I knew he was below my station based on the amount of Sriracha used."

I would have made the same size blob, just with mayonnaise.

Yeah, I don't get the condiment hate. The only thing that drives me nuts is people that automatically dump a shitload of hot sauce on all their food before tasting it. Might as well be eating cardboard.
I also don't get people who salt and pepper food without tasting it to see if the cook seasoned it properly.
