Their boudin is solid, I’m not sure if they do the stuffed wraps. I think I may be a bit my spicier than Billy’s. The smoked sausage is GOAT to use for making a gumbo tho.

My favorite is a new favorite, Hebert’s on Jefferson Hwy in Baton Rouge in Bocage area. So good I can’t believe it’s in Baton Rouge . Billy’s is way over spiced to me . I’d usually prefer Don’s or Beststop if I’m in the Scott area.
