Knife is my favorite. Al biernat’s is great too, but more high class.

What's most important to you? Food/Price/Atmosphere

Knife is a great suggestion btw.

I have only been to one there, but I liked it a lot.

Perry's

The bone in pork chop is amazing.

Del Friscos in Fort Worth is cool atmosphere but my favorite ribeye is at Pappas Brothers. Try to pay with someone else’s credit card, it ain’t cheap.

Those are all fantastic.......one that gets overlooked is

Kenny’s wood fire grill in Addison. Fantastic food and reasonably priced.

I’ve only been to Al Beirnats but it was legit.

Had a angus/wagyu cross breed cut that was fire.

I really like Del Frisco's. Yes, it's a national chain. However, they do it right.

Perry's in Frisco (and they may have another location) is solid. The steak is great, however the pork chop is one of the best things you'll ever eat in your life.

Others may say Nick & Sam's, but the one time I went, I did not enjoy it.

Knife inside Hilton Curio Collection hotel (name escapes me at the moment) is really good.

And of course, Pappas Bros. Steakhouse. Quality and always consistent.

Great choice. Not in the same league in terms of pricing as others mentioned in this thread, but the food is very good.

Del Frisco's is my go to, either Dallas or Ft Worth. Bone in strip is my personal choice...

This. Have been a handful of times and it's been excellent every time. Big fan of their jalapeno mashed potatoes as a side dish and the Philly cheese steak egg rolls as an app.

Never been to the Dallas location, but fwiw Del friscos is my favorite steakhouse in nyc, so that says a lot. Also, the Del friscos in Vegas has the highest yelp score of any Vegas steakhouse (tied with mastros). In a town with 50 steakhouses, that’s really impressive.

While it may be a national chain, if there’s a Del friscos in a city, you’re not likely to find a better steakhouse. Same goes for mastros.

Big fan of Del Frisco's Double Eagle (not grill). Their new space on McKinney is legit.

I should have been more clear, I have not been to the new Grille, I would imagine it appeals to a younger, hipster crowd. The Double Eagle in Dallas is my choice...
