Anybody remember the Joe's Special at The Library that used to be on Chimes? Roast beef and Swiss on a muffaletta instead of the deli meats and cheese (with olive mix). Or was that the Library Special?

I don't remember the name, but it was at Roma Deli. A variety of Italian deli meats, provolone cheese, sweet red onions, and some of the best oil/vinaigrette Sandwich dressing I've ever had.

Trust me, it is very good. It is all the scraps from a tenderloin that they cannot make a steak out of. The chunks of tenderloin are still very good and just as tender as a filet mignon. The butter melts as you eat the sandwich.

You have to order it off-menu at Louie's, but get a grilled catfish poboy, dressed.
