Best Roast Beef Poboy in Baton Rouge?

This is a discussion me and a buddy were unsure of. I dont even have an answer myself, but have been craving a poboy for a few weeks now. What should I eat for dinner? Willing to drive anywhere in EBR where I wont be shot.

I’ve tried a few and they are all pretty meh.
The RB is never the same. It’s the gravy or something.
