Funny stuff. Actually at Tommy Bahamas bar and met owner of Ruffinos. Didn't realize he reads these posts every day and wants to meet little snake

If we wanted to hear about Tommy Bahamas and Ruffinos, we'd have a Ruffino's and Tommy Bahamas thread.

We're here to talk po-boys. So which one's best, damn it.

well you can tell him that i dont like Ruffino's. food is decent but their service is absolutely terrible. probably the worst service at a restaurant of that caliber that ive ever been to.

And I'm on a mission for a decent shrimp poboy when I day trip over there in a couple of days. Got everything lined up but the po-boy I'm craving.

Had a Bahn Mi today at Little Saigon that was legit (for three bucks). Now I want a po boy.

Enough about Destin and Gerry DiNardo's.

Fried shrimp for me. Had plenty of good ones in New Orleans. Really liked Bozo's when I went (been a while). Liked Felix's. Liked Domilise's. But have never been to Parkway.

Starting to think it's time to change that.

Definitely go to Parkway. I've never been to Domilise's but that'll change at some point tomorrow.

I think his problem with you is mainly you aren't discussing po boys on a thread about po boys.

Let me break this down for you. So once upon a time, I went to your restaurant. The food was great but I felt the service was lacking. The wait staff was a little rude and not very attentive. Therefore, my overall experience wasn't what I had imagined. This was almost a year ago btw. I don't have any problem with you on a personal level due to my experiences at your establishment though.
