Eric Andolsek power cleaned 415 in 1987. Maybe they don't recognize the past but it happened. Sorry Lewis.

Son of a bitch I can't enjoy my day off without being ripped on this wonderful site. All kidding aside, love the constructive feedback, it only makes me stronger. I'll check with my chefs on the filet complaints although I've been receiving outstanding compliments on our steak products. Friday night we served 825 people in a 5 hour timespan so I can see where service could slip on a couple of tables. That's no excuse but please let me know what table you sat at and who was your server so I can take care of the issue. My cell is in my history so feel free to text me any feedback so I can send y'all some goods.
re: Headed to the Seattle-Tacoma area next week, looking for recs
Posted by SinatraBaby on 7/18/15 at 9:06 am to Big Moe
Was in Seattle last week. For 5 star service and food try to get in Canlis, worth it for the view alone. For sushi go to Nishino, they fly in fresh fish from Tokyo daily. There's a cool little Speak Easy called Needle and Thread. I really enjoyed The Rock Box for Japanese Karaoke. For a really big and tasty brunch try Portage Bay Cafe. Other that those suggestions there are 500 different types of Coffee joints, not including the 10,000 Starbucks locations. The only other thing is don't judge service to hard on some places. The city recently passed a $15 an hour mininum wage and the restaurants are panicking and making cuts left and right, especially to servers. Have Fun!

Hey Ruff--how many people do I need for you to send the Benz van out to Steele Place/Webb park? Looking forward to Jeremy joining your team.
Thanks buddy. Give Melvin a call for the Limo Van, he can accommodate large and small groups. 225-328-1223

That's what I was told as well. Unfortunate it is gone, but kudos to them for caring enough about consistency.
The 45 day Ribeye became so inconsistent with our distributors we couldn't serve it anymore. We did find a 30 day dry aged NY Strip that we served for Father's day that in my opinion was off the charts. Should have it again soon. If we find another Ribeye product as good as the 45 that we served I'll make sure we put out a press release to announce.

Sorry to hear that Lady, love and read your posts often. My mom actually had a similar experience in April, go figure. I'd love to treat you to a better experience if you'd allow me to. My cell is in my history so just text me if you can.

You loved everything but won't return because the breading slid off of your Veal that you thought was good. And you loved everything else. Man good luck to you.

Count, you're prob thinking of the Seafood Arancine. It's a copy of Gino's version but made with Risotto instead of rice

Did TJ get rid of the Ruth's finally where it's corporate now?
He sold it to his manager at the time, Chris Bachman, a great operator that has continued the great tradition of food and service.
Sullivan's(Texas) and Fleming's(Florida) are both corporately owned, but Leo from Sullis and Larry from Fleming's give both stores a great local feel.

I hope the Sinatra doesn't come in here giving out his number to us
Jones, the reason I give my cell out to you guys is I need good feed back, personally, not over the fricking internet. You have no idea what it's like to run a restaurant these days with the high food costs and ObamaCare coming. We run on the tightest margins of any business out there, with working the most hours. You guys come on here and dog all of our locally owned restaurants that don't have the deep corporate dollars like national chains.
I give my number out cause I'm not scared to say who I am, like everyone else on here.

All is remember is Browndyke gagged a chip-shot field goal late fourth quarter that would've beaten Ole Miss in 1986. Off the list.
Wasn't David. Ronnie Lewis missed that kick.
