My favorite is Parkway half shrimp, half catfish, fully dressed with tartar and crystal. Not a huge fan of roast beef.

Of course

There are really only 2 types of poboys that interest me on a regular basis

Roast Beef, Shrimp

Parkway didn't really impress me with their roast beef. Pretty bland if you ask me.

Agree. Parkway's Roast Beef is perfect except that it is too bland. It needs a little something. I've only had the RB there.

Peacemaker at mahoneys was the roast beef, not so much
