For service in the BR/NO area, I use Lobb-Alexis Horticultural Spray. They also do pest control. They do my stuff. Good people. Good service....

For 5 pounds of sausage, you will need 2 pounds of rice, or about 4 1/2 cups of raw rice. Should come out just fine on the rice to meat ratio....
