This cold weather has me craving some pho. Anyone have any suggestions?

Dang's is my favorite pho but I would recommend the Bun Bao Hue for something different it's the #77 on the menu.

Dang's. Their Hu Tieu is even better, and their chicken curry is surprisingly legit.

I like Saigon noodle.....went there the other day and got the Bun Bo Hue

Dang's is my favorite. Saigon noodle is a close 2nd. The summer roll at Saigon is awesome, though.

Dang's
SaDec Kitchen
Saigon Noodle
In that order, and they're REAL close.

It's a shame how few good Pho options exist within short distance of LSU. Bao is ok to good, Drunken Fish and Ava are shitty

How does Dangs compare to Pho Cafe? Had Pho Cafe for supper last night actually.

Little Saigon
I like Dangs as well, but Little Saigon has them beat on spring rolls and pho. Had to Waitr Dangs last night because Saigon wasn't answering their phone. The food was good, but Little Saigon has been on point for months now.

Little Saigon opened that second location near campus and it failed miserably. Honestly surprised.

I think they may have just picked up the lease for the Chinese place with little intention to keep it going after that.
One of the older guys on here was talking about the situation.

Really? It's clearly been a while since I've been. Once I found Dang's, I never looked back. I did think they were better than Saigon Noodle, though.

Pho Cafe on Sherwood?
Comparing that place to Dang's is like comparing Stouffer's lasagna to Gino's or DiGuilio Bros.

Dangs pho tai nam is the goat.
Viet Garden is my personal second favorite.
ETA: one random way I've learned if I'm at a genuine awesome Vietnamese restaurant that will have great pho is if I order a water with lemon and they bring me a lime. Not joking that tells me that I'm in for some delicious pho.
