I've had really good luck with Poche's.

Thanks, browsing right now. Any recommendations other than the andouille I was planning on getting?

I love their tasso. Good enough to eat on a sandwich.

I've ordered from Best Stop with good results. But be prepared for the shipping to cost some multiple of whatever actual meat and stuff you're ordering.

I used to order from Poches all the time, but I was tired of paying more for shipping than for what I was buying so I started making my own.

I've ordered from Teets several times. Great service and products. Can't go wrong with the pure pork smoked sausage or the green onion jalapeño fresh sausage.

I'll +1 for Teets also. Everything is great except boudin. Get some smoked turkey necks to throw in your red/white beans.

I was very pleased in ordering from Teet's. I don't recall if I ordered andouille. Smoked hocks are good to have for bean and pea dishes. I got some smoked meatballs I haven't used yet.
