You can get decent BBQ in Shreveport. I like Jack's and the Hickory stick.

Ki Mexico is just so far ahead of everything else in my opinion but it's really more of a testament to Ki and not that everywhere else sucks. Shreveport/Bossier has come a long way in the last few years on dining and that's a pretty solid list you provided.

Other choices:

Danh's Garden (Thai/Vietnamese)

Taqueria La Michoacana

Athena Greek & Lebanese Grill

Kim's Seafood (fried shrimp, oysters, crawfish, etc. Also serves boiled crawfish.)

Flying Heart Brewpub (Bossier; good pizza)

Red River Brewpub (Burgers, sandwiches, etc. Tater tot burnt end brisket nachos were pretty good on a recent visit.)

Shameless plug for a friend of mine. Whisk Dessert Bar. Obviously not a restaurant, but a great spot for something sweet.

Blind Tiger's fried catfish is delicious, as are the bloody marys.

This is the list, for sure

I move fat calf to the 2nd spot, remove rhino and add El Cabo Verde.

I forget about El Cabo simply because its so far out of the way for me.

I did forget about Zuzul though, which was a mistake.

I would also add Lucky Palace to the list. It isn't much to look at, and a lot will be put off by the appearance of the place, but the food is pretty solid.
