What are some of things you have tried boiling while doing a crawfish boil that have turned out well?

Why can’t people just leave something that was God given alone?
Crawfish, corn, potatoes, cold beer

Leave out the weenie’s, cans of green beans, asparagus, etc

We always do the traditional potatoes and corn. Occasionally we’ll throw in some halved onions and a couple packs of mushrooms. Nothing too fancy.
