I'm admittedly a novice when it comes to craft beers. Interested to see what the FDB experts have to say.

This is way harder than worst.

Recently, I'd say Great Notion Blueberry Muffin. DDH Fort Point was my favorite by far from Trillium, which is considered one of the best breweries in the country. Then there was the barrel aged Ice Cream Sunday Stout (think neopolitan) from a local Houston brewery that isn't open yet. I could drink that until it killed me. And at 15%, it wouldn't take long.

agree with GRT on this, no way I could pick just one
hell it would change almost daily
but off the top of my head all of the Tree House Curiosity's, De Garde, DDH Trills and PM Dawn, ohh a 3+ yr BB grand reserve
frick I want a beer now...

Had a glass of Hills Farmstead DDH Citra in NYC last summer. Dunno if it was the beer or the setting but damn if that wasn't the best I've ever had.

The barrel-aged Ice Cream Sundae milk stout from Ingenious gets my vote

Hands down, maple shade rouge. So rare, was only able to have one sip of this delicious concoction straight from his own glass. The adjuncts of rouge's slobber and the extra bourbon aging took maple shade to another level.

THA is the first great craft beer I can remember falling in love with but, one that really sticks out in my memory is the Creature Comforts - Modern Times collaboration called Modern Comforts.

The Citra and Mosaic hops produced a perfectly accentuated aroma and the flavor profile was layered such that every sip revealed a new tropical fruit combination. I miss this beer...

Can't really pick. I've had some amazing beers. But the beer I'd want to drink every day? Either Tree House Green or Hill Farmstead Double Galaxy.

Phenomenal beers.
