think I’ll be hitting up Bar Marilou with the wife Saturday night before the game. They have a good bourbon selection?

No not really

You sit at a table and they wait on you. It’s more specialty cocktails and I’d Recommend reservations

The columns has a solid lineup of drinks.

Margaritas, hard to go wrong with Juan's or Barrel Proof.

Latitude 29 if you're feeling like a tiki drink, but that's in the quarter.

Loa bar has my personal vote out of everything listed.

Barrel Proof has really solid whiskey drinks as well. Four Seasons is great as others have noted.

Is that who owns it? On FB I saw the guy who used to be the wine & spirits manager at Zuppardos soliciting employees. What’s his involvement

The new bars at the 4 Seasons are ritzy.

The Chandelier Bar is incredibly overrated.

Cure is the best, IMO.

I don’t love the ambiance or the prices of cure, but it is solid.

On another note, someone is trying to build a beer garden across the street in the lot next to humble bagel

It's basically a lobby bar of any generic Hilton or Marriot hotel with $25-30 drinks.

Cane & Table by far if you're into rum in the slightest.

Loa always great.

I'd pass on Cure because the bartenders are the biggest assholes on Earth.

Half-right.

Loomis, John Georges, the Fat Boy's Pizza owner and Mickey Parenton.

Ah that's it. Got Emeril mixed up because the "food" guy is the co-owner of Larder's on vets....worked with Emeril's group for a while.

Chemin a la Mer in the 4 seasons looks to have pretty fancy drinks.

Also AWESOME view of ships passing on the river if you're into that. I could sit there all day.

I want to check Miss River in the Four Seasons next.

Agree. I was surprised the raves it got when I went. It feels like a regular hotel lobby. Crab claw are great though.

I'm very interested in this.

A while back there was talk of someone dropping a bunch of money build a new Mexican place near the Planet Fitness strip mall at Airlineee/Labarre.

Agree on both counts, but also agree with those who don’t care for Currs staff or environment. Drink wise they are the best though. I have no idea why anyone would go out of their way to Chandelier Bar other for the instagram “prestige.”
