Big fan of Jung's Golden Dragon on Magazine Street. They have the "secret" menu etc. that people have come to expect. WAY better than Chinese Kitchen, Five Happiness etc.

This board always suggests Little Chinatown in Kenner. I haven't been yet though.

The original Little Chinatown owner/chef sold the restaurant and recipes and now operates Dian Xin in the Quarter

I second Hong Kong in Harahan. I live right around the corner and I’m there a couple times a month.
Jade Buddha on a Airline is solid
I wish I lived closer to little Chinatown in Kennerbrah. It’s probably the best.
Red’s is a little more chef driven style Chinese it’s a good downtown destination spot.
