I agree with this. No way I would go through BR, especially if I was already in Broussard. It's a 60-70MPH zone all the way.

Is Billy's Boudain in Scott owned by the same folks as Billy's in Krotz Springs?

I live in Broussard and had to go to NO last Friday. We took 90 to and didn’t have any problems until we got to the 310 turn, but it was a little after 5:00 at that point. Saturday on the way back we went through BR with problems at all.

The bridge isn't usually backed up on Saturday's unless it's a game day.

Taking 90 from NOLA to parish is probably your best option. Black kettle cajun meats in Patterson has some of the best cracklin around. Their boudin and boudin balls are great also. Love their jambalaya eggrolls. Its right off hwy 90.

Edit: Didn't know it was gone. Been a couple years since I was down that way. Nunus for sure then.

ok so in summation it seem nunu's and billeaud's seem to be the best bet. pretty sure billeaud's has ready to eat balls, does nunu's?

I would take the I-10 route just for this. But maybe thats just me
I agree with Nunu's if hes trying to stay close to Broussard

I've never seen Boudin balls in Billeauds. Cracklins, link boudin, chili dogs and a lot of other shite, but never boudin balls.

Just left billeauds and this is what they have hot.
They also have regular boudin.
