Ben's Broiled Burgers

So apparently Bud's Broiler on Clearview is now Ben's Broiled Burgers. They say it happened on August 1st. Anyone know the back story?
The prices, menu, and food seemed to be the same. (I just ordered plain burger patties) Signs are covered up with vinyl.

I am the Owner of Ben's burgers. my sister opened this place as a bud's in 2001. i started working here at age 15. in 2012 i took over as owner. in 2015 the buds franchise sold to someone else and in 2016 he wanted me to sign a ten year franchise agreement under new terms. i decided to leave the franchise, he sued me the day i told him i was out. i won the case and we parted ways. our food is improved in every way, still 24 hours. it has been a hard and drawn out process explaining myself to everyone who asks but there it is. now you know the story. we are working very hard to gain our following back. we are more than just a name on a sign we are a family owned and operated business. check out my website for yourself and you will have a better understanding. www.eatatbens.com

Ben...keep fighting the good fight...I have stopped at your place a couple times over the years, I seem to crave a Bud's every other trip or so home. Consistent quality and service will win out and sadly to say both of those have suffered from the "good old days" at most Buds locations.

ben you need to work on that menu on your website. I think the pics are great but you should have a standard menu /w prices there was well.
