I would suggest putting a coupon in the Clipper Magazine or Groupon to win back your fanbase.
Your food still seems to be good so why wouldn't the eaters be loyal, especially if they're getting a discount?

Top Notch (sorta the Uncle of Buds Broiler, and the Father would be Holiday House RIP) here in Austin uses the term "Charcoal Burgers" instead of Charbroiled or broiled.

Sorry they put the wrong sauce on there. Judging by the time you posted this I can pretty much tell you who made your sandwich which pisses me off because I've sat down and worked with them how to read the tickets and putting sauce instead of chili has been a real problem for one person in particular.

We use charcoal burgers or charcoal grilled to get around that. I still don't know how they think they own the word but oh well it's over now
