Crawfish

Dons ribeye sausage

Eggs Benedict with homemade hollandaise sauce for the wife in bed.

Reverse seared filets.

Chelian seabass, halibut, and lobster tails.

Scallops over open fire and shrimp!

Decided not to cook the possum!

The Don's ribeye sausage is legit as can be, and cannot be duplicated imo

Best stop has a version that's not nearly as good

I did a reversed sear ribeye, a weird spicy asian chicken noodle soup (kinda ramen esque), gumbo, spaghetti, roast beef w/ debris, jambalaya, etc. next thing to try making is crawfish bread.

Who'd the rally possum turn out? You use a pressure cooker on that?

Haven't had that ribeye sausage in several years. Good stuff.

Looked good until the dead possum ruined it. :gag:

I was coming to ask about the ribeye sausage but see its already been covered. I may have to make the ride to check that out. Great looking cooks there!

Everything looks great!

Ribeye sausage is fantastic eating. My FiL has been making some for years and I've recently shared and given away to other Houston posters on here even though they thought it was a crazy idea until they tried it. Glad to see Don's get in on the action and validate the idea. Spicy ribeye is where it's at though.
