I'm not a big stew eater but that looks really good.

I'd eat it.

Good job!

Looks really good. The one thing I would have done would be to toss in some green peas just before it was ready. And maybe put in a couple of cubed potatoes and served dish over rice, but that's just my personal preference. I've been thinking about making a beef stew for a while now. Maybe the Super Bowl?

I made your stew tonight, but with a few modifications as I added potatoes and corn. It was a hit!

Use real stock (or water for that matter) in place of the boxed stuff. And mince your own garlic, that stuff in a jar is awful and acrid.

Love the boxed stuff. Never had an issue with the stuff in the jar either. Boo.

I don't have an issue with box stock as long as the brand is good. Would I prefer fresh? Of course, but sometimes that's not always manageable.

You asked for feedback!

I dont really have an issue with boxed stock either. I dont use it because I find it doesnt do much more than water. Id rather use water and a few dashes of either fish sauce, soy, or Worcestershire. Plus, its a lot cheaper than $4-5 for a box of sodium flavored water.

I made this and while it was good I do not think I got the portions right. Any way for the op to list ingredient portions?
