Banana Nut Bread, medicated. Pics

I wanted to share my banana bread recipe, which I infused with cannabutter. This recipe can be made with regular butter and is almost equally as delicious!
What you’ll need:
1.5 cups flour
1 cup sugar (I used 1/2 c infused)
1/4 cup butter (I used infused ghee)
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup walnuts, or your choice of nut
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Follow the steps:
Melt butter.
Mash bananas and add into butter, mix well.
Add in the rest of the ingredients...
-Sugar
-Egg
-Baking Soda
-Salt
-Vanilla
-Flour
-Walnuts
Mix everything well. Add to a greased pan and bake for 1 hr. Serve with cream cheese if you're feeling extra special.... and I was!
I can get into the details of the infused ghee and infused sugar if anyone is interested in those. This is mostly just a simple, fool proof recipe I enjoy a lot! I make a lot of edibles and depending how this thread goes, I may post more on that subject.
It’s not too green after it’s baked and it was delicious! This was actually my first time using the infused sugar to bake with. Typically I just toss it in my coffee! Hope someone can enjoy this recipe.

Not sure I understand canna butter. I love that bread, though, especially buttered broiled slices.

They're right up there in the F&D board's toe hall of fame...

Your butter is that green after you strain the MJ out? Looks great though

Thanks. Looked fairly simple and will definitely give it a try.

Big questions:
1 - Will they ever sell cannabutter at Sam's?
2 - Will Rouse's store brand be a better butter?

Looks interesting. I think you set the TD record for first TD MJ Photo post.
I bookmarked

Banana nut bread that gets you high?
That's some real 4D chess there. I feel like I'm living in the stone ages.

I make about 6 loaves of this a month and hardly eat any of it. I give it away to neighbors and the wife brings some to work for her co-workers to snack on.
My recipe is a bit different and it comes out very good, just as I'm sure this one does too. The pics look great by the way.
What I like is the aroma of fresh baked breads, cookies and pies put in the house as they bake in the oven, and that aroma lasts for hours.

It’s infusing the properties that get you high into the butter you’re using. For medicinal purposes of course

quote:yes it’s super green! My tincture makes my sugar have a pretty dark tint as well. What I’ve learned is that darker does not necessarily mean it’s stronger

I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure how it would be taken. The last two years I’ve been mastering cooking with Thc / CBD and it would be nice to share the knowledge here. But I do want to share more... so we’ll see
