Arbys New Wagyu Steakhouse Burger

Agree. Years ago I'd never eat there. But their menu has improved. This new burger brings their game up. Game changer? Probably not. But for fast food burger it's really good.

Arbys can be sneaky good. Their brisket sandwich is very good for fast food. Definitely better than some of the chain BBQ places.

I saw an interview with their CEO talking about this. A few things. First, he said it’s a sous vide process. So was it pink in the middle?

Second, in the background were a couple bottles of Arby’s vodka. Arby’s makes vodka? I didn’t know that and I’m not going to try it but I’d never heard about or seen that before.

Third, Rax used to make a pretty good burger. I liked them better than Arby’s. They went out of business not long after they started making burgers. But back then the burgers at McDonald’s and Wendy’s hadn’t gone to hell yet so maybe this will work for Arby’s. I just don’t want tomatoes on my burger.

I moved back and drove that way shortly to discover that sad fact.

And you bet that Arby's drive thru line moved much quicker

Yes it was.

That thing isn't wagyu!

It is 52% AMERICAN wagyu which is cross bred cattle in the US. It is legit 0% Wagyu beef! Not saying it can be good but calling it Wagyu is deceitful.

I have only been to Arby's once and it sure did suck. From then on I was educated enough to decline any future offers to go to arby's.

I ate their roast beef once. Never again. But I do like some of their other items.
