Surprised it was so easy to get today considering how highly it seems to be regarded and that they haven't bottled it in like 5 years or something. Glad I was able to get all the bottles I wanted.

Guess people don't want to pay $25 for a bottle of beer...

Bought mine today for $23. There was a 2 bottle limit and I wondered why people would spend almost 50 for two bombers.

My local store had CBS on the shelf last night. I went with the a few $13 BA Ten Fidys over the CBS. I usually reserve the $20+ purchases for sours (except the Cascades on the shelf at $25. That shite's good, but it ain't $25 good).

People line up to pay more than that for various beers in places all around the country.

They just made a bunch of this beer.

I bought a case. I pay 300 a case for decent wine, why not pay it for a world class beer.

First store I stopped at had plenty. At checkout, i asked how much, then laughed, followed by “No thanks”. $35. Id rather 3 cans of over priced can of BA Ten Fidy.

Bottle shop in NYC. I’m used to paying inflated prices (all beers are broken out in singles) But after seeing $21-$23 prices, $35 is just gouging. Some guy behind me happily paid it. Eff that noise.

...and I’m back in the game. $23.99 at Whole Foods

They had it hidden on a cart. 1bottle per person though.

Store I was at Friday night had some, so I caved and bought one. Haven't tried it yet. Will probably save it for Christmas morning.

So I was at the Rouses off the Westbank Expy and saw a few still on the shelves @ $22/per and I caved. Will most likely wait until Christmas until I open but hope it is worth the hype...

My first sip was really sweet, so I let it sit there for 30 minutes to warm and it was amazing. A slightly sweeter KBS.
