Anybody Heard What Ruined the Crawfish Crop This Year?

Aren't we overdue for the annual excuse from the industry as to why crawfish are gonna cost so much this year?

Exactly. Literally everything you buy is more expensive this year than last year and you expect the same prices for crawfish? Do crawfish farmers not need gas, etc.?

The avg cost of crawfish at the farm is cheaper than it has been the last 5 years at this time of year
