Any good celiac friendly restaurants in New Orleans?

Wife and I will be staying at the Drury on Poydras st soon. She has celiacs, yes blood work and biopsy confirmed. Anything but Mexican food, we eat that all the time where we live so want something different. We will be there multiple days so casual and fine dining suggestions are cool.
I know this may turn into a argument about the legitimacy of celiacs (I’ve seen it on here before) so save your time b/c I have no interest in your beliefs of it
Trying to find some options that would make her feel comfortable eating at. TIA

That's going to be tough. I could be way off base, but maybe try Turkey and Wolf? They seem like the type of place that would best accommodate that.

It shouldn't. Celiac is an actual documented medical condition, and as you know it's no joke.
Now "gluten intolerance" is another subject entirely.

Pretty much any of the nicer restaurants will have gluten free options on their menu, or if you tell the waiter often times the chef will come talk to you about what they can do. My father also has Celiac and has never had a problem finding something.

Not sure how much cross contamination she can endure, but these places are walking distance and should have options:
La Boca (decline the bread they bring to the table), Carmo, Daily Beet, Herbsaint, Peche. I know you said no Mexican, but Johnny Sanchez is right there.
I'll throw in Marjie's Grill. It isn't walking distance but I don't recall many if any gluten-containing items on their entire menu. You have to pack your patience there (order an app and a drink and relax), but the food is worth it. I've only been at lunch. Dinner might not be as busy.

Hmm, Vietnamese food always comes to mind when people are looking for gluten free options. Bun thit nuong (a grilled pork noodle bowl) or most any other rice vermicelli dish will be wheat free, as are rice paper spring rolls or pho. If contamination is an issue, look for Vietnamese places that don’t serve bahn mi sandwiches.

I haven't been in a long time, but Muriel's offers a fairly generous separate gluten free menu.

Look at GW Fins, Peche, Mais Arepas and I believe the Red Fish Grill has gluten free options if you ask the wait staff.

I know Domenica has a few Gluten-free options on their menu. I don't think the pizzas can be, but if I remember correctly, a couple of their pastas can be made GF. I would also recommend Josephine Estelle.

I don’t know of anyone that will rag on celiacs, these gluten intolerance people have to have been a blessing and a curse for her though. Lots more options for eating, but now people question the legitimacy of her disease.

This is the answer. Just ask your waiter. I know that Arnaud's has a special gluten free menu. La Petite usually has a lot of gluten free options. In any of the nice places if they don't have a special menu your waiter can guide you. There will probably be plenty of choices.

We went to Carmo, Muriel’s, and Mothers. I know Mothers is touristy but they were great and helped her out, service was fast and food was still good. Our normal go to is La Boca (our favorite) but we wanted to go elsewhere this time. We will do La Boca when we go back. All were very good and thank y’all for the suggestions. Muriel’s is of course good and we really enjoyed Carmo.
