Alright .. Color Me Officially Finished With TJ Ribs Acadian

last three times there the food either comes out under cooked, cold, or both .. NEVER have this problem at Siegen .. sorry Beauxnes .. get your shite straight on Acadian ..

My ribs came out refrigerator cold the last time I was there. Sent them back and the next batch was hot. Why would ribs come out cold from the grill?

Doubtful. As a matter of consistency? Acadian runs too many people through. Sorry you had a bad meal.

Your "next batch" was probably the original batch that went in the microwave or queuing oven

that's what i don't get at all .. congrats on making it obvious that you grill a bunch of them .. refrigerate them and then microwave them to order .. why not just stick a thermometer in them or touch them and make sure they are at least hot before you send them out ... that's twice for me on beef ribs and the other time my bone in ribeye came out ice cold bleeding in the center ... but the funny thing is that every time the side comes out piping hot ... siegen is the total opposite .. every time ..

Been to Acadian about 5 times over the past 4 years...never been close to impressed. Always been below average.
