That’s a really good price for any lunch…almost unheard of. Can lose the steamed broccoli along the way, though!

You went to a Steakhouse and you're bragging on the loaf of bread you had for lunch?

So no meat at a steakhouse?

So you went to a restaurant, ate the free bread, and ordered a side potato and broccoli?
You could have had the same meal at your house for $3.00 and a combined 2 minutes in the microwave

I don’t buy steak from restaurants. Steaks are easy to cook and cost like $12 from the grocery vs $35 from a restaurant.

So instead of going for a steak, you go for a baked potato & broccoli? I feel like that can easily be made at home for about a dollar/dollar fifty

You can buy a potato from the grocery store and microwave it too. What was the point of the post? You ate vegetarian at a steakhouse and bragged? Congrats, I guess. A $2 potato was only 7 in a steakhouse

Imagine going to a steakhouse and ordering nothing but a baked potato

You are at a supposed steak house. Where the heck is the protein? We beeping donate tons of russet spuds to charity in recent years at zero cost. Tons, free to anyone he picks it up!
You’ve been ripped off!!! (Extra !!! For OP being corporate whore).

Sure I could do that at home, but I’m talking about buying lunch on a workday. You can’t find a better value/healthy option.

I have you beat. Went to a steakhouse for lunch, sat at the bar and ordered a water.
$1.50 with 50 cent tip, cant beat a $2 lunch
