1 - At what age did you first start cooking and what was the first food item you cooked?
Guessing about 6. Whatever came with my Easy Bake Oven.

2 - Have you ever worked in a commercial food operation? Doing what?
No.

3 - What family member stands out in your memory as your favorite cook?
My Mom and she still is.

4 - Are you the best cook in your immediate family? If no, then who?
No. My Mom.

5 - How many meals a week do you eat out?
Maybe once a week and that's usually ordering out.

6 - Your favorite steak cut? Cooked how?
Veal Chop. Grilled or cooked Ruth's Chris style.

7 - Your favorite chicken cut? Cooked how?
Whole wing. Fried. I don't love chicken.

8 - Your favorite pork cut? Cooked how?
Pork chop. Fried.

9 - What is your favorite comfort food?
There isn't just one. Mostly foods we had as children like roast and rice and gravy, fried pork chops and gumbo.

10 - What ethnic cuisine is your favorite?
That depends on what I'm craving at the time. It varies.

11 - What is your favorite (US) food city?
New Orleans.

12 - What is your favorite international food city?
It's been a long time since I've been across the pond, but I'd say Paris.

13 - Do you have a favorite restaurant? If yes, name?
I don't really have one, but my favorite meals have been at The Inn at Little Washington on multiple occasions. That includes the experience of dining there.

14 - What is your most favorite vegetable and cooking method?
Corn on the cob steamed in the husk in the microwave. I know tomatoes are fruits, but I'm including them since there's not fruit category. Fresh sliced.

15 - What is your least favorite vegetable and cooking method?
Probably steamed broccoli. I find it boring.

16 - What is your favorite meat (cut and cooking method)?
See #6.

17 - What is your least favorite meat (cut and cooking method)?
Not a fan of game.

18 - Rate these in preference (1=most, 5=least) Bread, vegetables, meat, dairy, salad
1. Bread. 2. Dairy. 3. Seafood. 3 1/2. Meat. 4. Vegetables. 5. Salad.

19 - Favorite sandwich
Not sandwiches, but Bear's RB poboy, R&O's muffalatta, R&O's Italian combo and a leftover turkey on rye with bacon and Durkee's.

20 – Do you have a favorite breakfast? What/?
I rarely eat breakfast.

21 – If you could choose your last meal, what would it be?
I wouldn't be hungry.

22 – Favorite leftover
Turkey from Thanksgiving.

23 – What is your Go To Dish if you are cooking?
I don't really have a "go to".

24 – Favorite Seafood dish?
Crabmeat and spinach timbale with buerre blanc. Almost anything with jumbo lump crabmeat. I have a new love for shrimp corn dogs. One thing that Pascal's Manale does well is the oysters rock. A long time ago, they had a crabmeat rock on the menu and it was delicious. Lots of jumbo lump crabmeat with their good rock sauce on top. It was a favorite.

25 - Best Dish you have ever cooked?
I don't know if it's the best I've cooked, but I love it, so crabmeat and spinach timbale with buerre blanc. Greg Sonnier's Oysters Gabie with oysters or with jumbo lump crabmeat is another one.
