Once the flows and gauges reach certain levels isn't he mandated by Federal Law to act?

There are going to be levee failures at some point. Wasn't it like 1993 when shite got real in Missouri? This is much worse.

forecast was readjusted up today w/ it previously being at 44.5'. Another change wouldn't surprise me

I don't see why avoyelles would be affected that much except if something happened with the atchafalaya.

I don't think we should go full panic mode quite yet, but more people in parts of LA should definitely be keeping up with the flooding. Osama's dead. Time to move on.
