Snake drafting first - 2nd and 3rd round strategies

With back to back picks in the 2nd/3rd after getting CMC I'd go RB and if Kelce/Kittle are still there then I'd go with one of them. If neither are there then I'd probably go with a 3rd RB if you can start an RB in the flex.

There's so much depth at WR compared to RB so going heavy RB really always worked well for me. When it snakes back around in the 4th everyone who went WR early are panicking to get RBs and there's always great value there at WR.

I’m in the same situation. I’ve done plenty of mocks and good value at QB is still there at the end of the forth round. I’m planning on going 1. CMC 2. Best WR 3. Kelce/Kittle

One of my buddies did one last night, 10 team btw. He went
1-CMac
2-Kittle
3-Mahomes

I was shocked and figured the rest of his team must suck. I don’t remember his whole team but he told it to me and 3-4 other guys that are relatively FF savvy and we were all surprised that the rest of his team didn’t suck

I have done wr wr wr quite often then getting rb rb and been very successful in previous years. Should have in mind which middle tier rbs you will target, esp ones who are coming off dismal seasons and their adp is low. More often then not they come out ready to prove next season.

ETA: plus did this in nonppr leagues so much more riskier. I suggest you go first two picks only and see how it goes first time around. I love what you said you see as first 3 picks in your OP

There are too many good QBs and TEs available, I personally would not reach for one at 1.1. Do work at the turns in the early rounds and stockpile RB WR

Im doing a 12 team ppr now and I'm seein Ertz in the 5th, Waller in the 6th and league winners johnu and fant in 9/10th. Dak in 9th, cam burrow Allen in 10th.. Wentz in 12th.

Then I’d be looking at a WR - Parker Ridley McLaurin Lockett. Then I can chose an ertz or Waller if I want a TE

This is my favorite spot in the draft to really gain an edge. I’m still waiting on QB - I can chose between Antonio Gibson, Deebo, Fuller, AJ Green, Akers, Mostert - I grab two of these huge upside types

I’m avoiding LF and Montgomery but the position is pretty forgiving when you have CMC

How did you fill out the bench?

Yeah I have buyer's remorse with Fournette, but I like Montgomerry in that spot though.

Montgomerry, Cooks, Lindsay, Gibson, Justin Jefferson and E Sanders round out my bench
