He would certainly play this week if his suspension was overturned. He practiced and played all preseason. He knows the playbook. He's ready.
Trotting him out there with one week off is better than trotting a bunch of bums out there that played last week.

seems unlikely that this will happen, so I don't think he plays. I do think that if all the new reports are correct, he will seek litigation. that process may take a little time to get started being that today is friday, so he could very well be playing next Sunday... if this is the route he chooses.... which I can't see why he wouldn't. That's a lot of millions not to fight for
