That's like you getting a DWI because you blew .09(shite, you might not have even been drunk!!), but the next year they change the law making .10 the threshold. Do you think they would go back and erase your DWI? Come the frick on.
The key word is retroactive. Not sure why you are being dense.

that's your heart talking, obviously.
No it's not. If that part is correct, then it most definitely applies to Gordon

If he was tested 5 days later, both results would have been negative.
Unless he lit up again in those 5 days.

Yup. If that's what the NFLPA bargained for, and that actually is the language then it has to apply to Gordon.

It'd be weird to even have that part of the contract in there if it wasn't there for the specific reason of Josh Gordon. They should have just wrote, "Starting in the 2014 league year........."

#Browns Josh Gordon's DWI hearing is Nov. 18 in Raleigh, N.C. If he's convicted, that would be 2 more games out for a total of 12.
what did josh gordon do to this woman?

I might need Gordon even more now if AP is unavailable this weekend...
Posted on 9/12/14 at 4:13 pm to Lester Earl
My money is on him not playing this Sunday.
Not sure I'd be willing to put $100 on it, but with the amount of cluster-frick that has been going on with this situation, I find it hard to believe he'll be able to suit up on Sunday.

At this point, as long as he's reinstated within 0-6 games, I'm happy.
I'm happy at 10 as well. Only 1 :dancing banana: happy though.

We have no way of knowing if that part is right or not.
