Wow, no way I'd offer Howard or Miller for Cooper. Hell, I think at this point gallman might be more valuable.

I wouldn't expect you to offer Howard or miler.. but that's what it would take for me to get rid of him. I know what copper's upside is.

Most owners have 2 or 3 "Wayne gallmans" sitting on their bench. But maybe in non ppr you'll get him to bite. There's no downside to trying.

Yeah. He ain't doing shite unless LF gets hurt, but he's gonna be a major player if he does.

TJ Yeldon will likely be back by then, too. Could look a lot like last season

I would think the same thing but this guy really doesn't have much. Cooper has been his flex the last 3 weeks and was his #1 receiver before that. He's gotta be getting tired of seeing zeros.

Eta: ha, I went ahead and offered gallman for Cooper. He declined and counter offered Cooper for Kelce. I guess he's saying my offer was laughable because there's no way I'm accepting that. After Cooper lays another egg this weekend and gallman puts up ok numbers I'll offer again.

How are Ty Mont owners feeling?
Didn't pay attention to Jones in pass pro on Sunday, but his running stats next to Ty's look better.
Obviously he's still going to catch plenty of passes, but seems like his usage will take a dent (avg 20 touches first three games)

quote:

Jones in one-and-a-half games has more rushing yards (174 on 32 carries for a 5.4-yard average) than Montgomery (152 yards on 46 carries for a 3.3-yard average) did before he broke his ribs on the opening drive in Week 4.

For a small back, Jones also showed some tackle-breaking ability, thanks to his quickness. His average of 2.28 yards per carry after contact, according to ESPN Stats & Information, ranks eighth among running backs this season. Montgomery ranks 25th at 1.83.

not going to panic yet, I think they like like and trust Montgomery. Now Jones playing well could motivate them to let Montgomery sit through the bye to truly heal up.

I have a bunch of average players on my team, great for a bye week but not people I want to count on weekly

Don't forget, Ty started out as a WR and could easily move back into that role on 1st and 2nd downs, especially if any starting WR is out.

What about Cooper for Kamara in a 0.5 ppr? I'm deep at running back, but is the potential for kamara too high to dump him?

People are talking on this board about straight up dropping Cooper. I think we'll be able to get him off the waivers soon

Opinions on Martavis Bryant? He's been rotting on my bench. Not sure if he's buy low candidate that I should stash. I'm close to dropping him at this point with the way he and Roethlisberger have been playing.

Yeah, I think he's worth a stash and will turn it around. I just don't want to chance missing out on waivers.
