You just gave your troll away. No one has any room for the previous year's #1 WR. LOL

Josh Gordon to file for injunction today and should be practicing by Thursday or Friday. His lawyers have a very strong case. #NFL #Brown

I don't know if this guy is being for real or just trying to boost his followers but, it's glimmer of hope nonetheless.

Big changes on the table in new drug program, per sources: 1) Higher threshold for marijuana test; 2) Removal of amphetamines from PED list.

Goodell has said certain players wouldn't be suspended under new drug program, I believe those are the changes he's referencing.

Such an interesting statement from Goodell, another piece of ammo should Gordon ever choose to take his case to court. The league’s commissioner seems to be stating that the league’s current policies need to be changed but hasn’t started the process to change them

We are still expecting some type of lawyers to be involved and are surprised nothing has happened yet. More and more it seems like Gordon might have a case, but others know far better than us. Either way the new possible rules are very interesting related to Gordon’s troubles.

Do you think it'd be worth dropping Justin Hunter or Benny Cunningham (I have Stacy) for?

Edit: clearly he's worth it if he plays but is it worth the risk of potentially losing one of these guys to another team? They're really the only droppable ones on my bench that might not get picked up.

That's hard to say. Esp. Stacey handcuff.

They are calling Hunter a sleeper and some expect a breakout season. That said, I rostered Gordon off Waviers in both my leagues. One before the appeal and the other tonight after someone else dropped him.

Low risk/High reward if he is granted the injunction.

Seems as though we should know for sure by Friday.

It's a Boom or Bust move on the waivers that could reap extreme benefits if he is granted the injunction! If he isn't, I will just pick up the next best option or "sleeper" available.

We started a dynasty league and this year was our startup draft. We start 3 WR. I snagged AJ Green and Dez in round 1 and 2. Then in round 10 I snagged Gordon. Next year my WRs will be amazing.

The year after Peterson tore his ACL a guy got AP in the 3rd and also got Brees and Charles.

Edit: this is a keeper league.

I wouldn't start him. I'd trade him the second he gets reinstated, if he does.

I have AJ/DT88/Dez as my starters right now. he's got too much bull shite around him right now to start over those three, if he gets to play.

If the injunction is filed by the weekend, what are the chances he plays Sunday?

since he played pre-season, I'd say there is a decent chance

ETA: I guess it all depends if the browns want to take a chance and even let him back. If he plays then the court upholds the ruling then he is suspended into next season

I think he would have to file today to play. If he files tomorrow that doesn't give the judge much time to review the emergency motion for TRO.
