He's not wrong that she exceeded expectations, but it's mostly because the media and donors came mid close to dragging her across the finish line. She was an absolutely putrid candidate that was thrown in last minute.

So before Joe had his debate they were saying she was bad and hurt him chances to win . Now she lost because of the joke joe did as president. Is the media the only ones that can’t tell Joe is not running the country . The guy doesn’t know what day it is . Who ever is running the country now would be running the country if she won .
